Osteomas are benign, slow growing, osteogenic tumors resulting from the proliferation of mature compact or cancellous bone. Osteomas can be either solitary or syndromic. Multiple maxillofacial osteomas are often associated with Gardner’s syndrome. We report a case of a 31-year-old woman with a nonsyndromic multiple peripheral osteoma affecting both the maxilla and the mandible , which was managed at the oral surgery department of the dental consultation and treatment center of Casablanca.
